The 758 in our name is the dialling code of St. Lucia — the island where Paula learned to cook. Every recipe on the menu comes from her family kitchen: slow-stewed oxtail, fall-apart curry goat, jerk chicken marinated overnight, and rice cooked the way home taught.

We opened the doors at 7 Broadway, Tilbury to bring real Caribbean flavour to RM18 — not fast-food versions of it. Everything is made fresh that day. When it's gone, it's gone. That's the only way Paula knows how to cook.
